Paul has had a history of stiffness throughout the years. He also suffered from a fall that limited overall functionality.
Throughout Paul's activation sessions, we we're able to not only get his body to feel more integrated, but his flexibility and range of motion drastically improved.
As a age National level swimmer specialising in Breaststroke. Louis initially had issues with calf cramping, lower back stiffness and his working heart rate would spike above what is usually required for his warm-ups. This meant he was expending more energy than what is required.
Over a 3 session period, Louis started to see changes in the way he was breathing (deeper and longer breaths), no cramping, and his output in the pool increased whilst working at a lower heart rate.
