
Pre-season and trials are upon us for many sports I'd like to take this moment to remind all parents, players and coaches to take it easy in the first 3-4 weeks by slowly building up the intensity and duration of training sessions.
We're already hearing kids are missing sessions due to patella and Achilles tendon issues. The body will take time to adapt to the training.
Take it easy before the Christmas period so you'll be able to push harder after the break when training really cranks up.
