Test, Measure and Progress

Last weekend, we conducted our 2nd Combine (fitness testing) which identifies the athlete's strength and areas of improvement.

You can do some form of assessment on yourself to identify the progress/strengths and the weaknesses/areas to improve on in your life. This enables you to continue to make progress in the right direction to ultimately achieve your goals...as long as you take the right form of consistent action!

Tracking body weight, food and your training is an easy way to keep track and measure if you are actually making progress.

This goes the same for your work. There are certain tasks that need to be tracked/ completed to reach an objective.

Many people attend gyms with the goal of losing weight. Unfortunately they usually do what is easy or exercise they won't benefit from ie: running on the treadmill to gain muscle.

I may sound like a broken record, but we see it all the time. Those who track and measure their progress are more likely to accomplish their goals. You can see if you're on or off track, make adjustments to get back on and keep moving in the direction of your goals.

So, start the progress and record what you're doing with your training, eating and sleeping. This will begin moving you in the right direction.
