Georgina is driven by a strong desire to learn, understand individual athlete needs, and support long-term success. She continually seeks to expand her knowledge, refining her skill set to deliver high-quality, effective training sessions.

Having played tennis for over 15 years, Georgina has a deep understanding of the demands of long-term performance, including managing injuries while balancing a busy lifestyle. She has applied proven methods such as strength training, squad-based development, plyometrics, HIIT, and consistency to maintain high performance levels.

Georgina has coached children through to adults of varying athletic abilities across schools, school holiday programs, local tennis clubs, and group fitness classes. She has also taken on multiple leadership roles, further strengthening her ability to motivate, guide, and develop athletes.
