The Strong, Fit and Lean youth development program is designed for 10 -18 year olds to:
- Build your tween/teen physically stronger and develop their self-confidence
- Improve their strength and fitness
- Improve their flexibility and posture
- Improve their eating habits in line with goals
- Challenge your tween/teen in a safe and supportive environment
Our coaches specialize working with tweens and teens helping them to;
- Build their muscular strength
- Increase their bodyweight (if low body weight is an issue)
- Reduce their bodyweight (if high body weight is an issue)
- Improve their self-confidence and belief in themselves
Many of our young members see the coaches as mentors; someone they can air their concerns and help them through difficult issues in a safe training environment.
