What are your personal training program options?

We offer semi-private personal training. You train in a small group with your own individualised program and have a coach who will do all your assessments, programming and provide continual support.

I’ve had a personal trainer before and been to different gyms, how are you different?

No cookie-cutter programs here! All the training programs, advice and support is specific to you! We address your individual needs from the beginning and on-going to enable you to become successful long-term.

What's included in the personal training membership?

Assessments/re-assessments, training programs, coaching on the gym floor, nutrition support, and access to off-peak training. *Speak to us for more information

Does the gym have showers and change room facilities?

Yes, we have a personal shower and change room available.

Do members have access to the gym outside of normal coaching times?

Yes. This is included in the membership fee.
