Nathan has over 6 years experience in the health, fitness and high performance. Nathan has worked with a diverse range of athletes from all ages, levels and multiple sports in the private and professional setting. Nathan delivers individualised programs that improve overall athletic development with emphasis on improving strength, power, running technique, speed, jumping, landing, plyometrics, change of direction and agility. Nathan is a Youth Fitness Specialist and Youth Mentor that ensures young athletes are training safely focusing on technique, quality movement, and long-term development. Nathan stays up to date with the latest research and ensures our members get the best service possible. Nathan is very passionate and enjoys coaching, educating and empowering our members towards achieving their health, fitness and performance goals.
